A five-number summary is a set of descriptive statistics that provides a comprehensive view of your dataset’s distribution.
The Five Statistics:

25th percentile – separates lowest 25% from highest 75%

50th percentile – middle value of the dataset

Q3 (Third Quartile)
75th percentile – separates lowest 75% from highest 25%

The largest value in the dataset
