How to Calculate Time

1. Choose a mode and enter times or dates
   • Enter Time: Type Hours : Minutes (tick Include Seconds if you need seconds). Use + Add More Lines to add extra entries.
   • Time Between Hours: Set From and To, pick AM/PM — the calculator finds the duration.
   • Time Between Dates: Enter start and end as mm/dd/yyyy and toggle Include Weekends if needed.
2. (Optional) Add an hourly rate
   • Type your rate (example shows 15.00) to calculate pay automatically.
3. Press CALCULATE
   • The result appears under See Your Total: as hours:minutes. If you gave a rate it also shows the money total.
4. Check and adjust if needed
   • Edit or add lines, change the rate, then press CALCULATE again.

Example

Enter Time mode with two lines and hourly rate 15.00

• Line 1 = 2:30 (2 hours + 30 minutes = 2.5 hours)
• Line 2 = 1:15 (1 hour + 15 minutes = 1.25 hours)
• Total = 2.5 + 1.25 = 3.75 hours → displayed as 3:45
• Pay = 3.75 × 15.00 = $56.25
  So See Your Total: 3:45 — Pay: $56.25

Quick Time Between Hours example

• From 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM = 8:30 (8.5 hours) → Pay at 15.00 = $127.50
